For any ride cancellation within 24 Hours or pickup time, you will be charged the full fare.

For any damage caused by passengers, you will be charged a minimum fee of $1000. This includes but not limited to bodily fluids, smoke(Tobacco/Marijuana), or damage to the interior of the vehicle. If damage exceeds $1000, you will be responsible for the additional costs of repair. We trust that we will not need to apply this policy.

Yes, we do. A car seat is required for any child up to the age of 7. We can provide a car seat for a small fee if notified in advance.

Smoking is not allowed inside of our fleet. The driver is more than willing to pull over for any smoking request.

If there is any vomiting, excessive spilling, or damage inflicted by smoking there will be a fee for these issues depending on the severity.

Our driver will call you directly and get situated with your location.

If you have more luggage than is recommended just be sure to leave a note in the contact form or let us know through the phone so we can accommodate your situation best.
